The staff member Abdul Qader was incredibly excellent, and the place itself is nice with good furniture; it’s just a minute from Tahrir Square and everything is great.

I spent two weeks there in July and came back again; I really liked it and the staff were friendly.

First, thanks to the wonderful staff—especially Abdul Qader—thank you so much; the stay was very successful, thank God. Nothing negative to mention that would affect the overall rating; the place deserves praise.

Honestly, the hotel is comfortable, very well‑located, and the Syrian gentleman’s service and reception feel like a five‑star hotel; many thanks.

The room size was never as described, and the distance to Taksim Square was an issue.
