The place is close to the centre of the lovely town Bassano del Grappa. Check‑in is efficient and unmanned, with clear instructions. There are plenty of good shops, cafés, restaurants and nightlife within walking distance, which is surprising for such a small town. The automated identity verification with selfies is a bit annoying, but I understand it’s a legal requirement, so there’s not much that can be done.

The location is simply perfect. We booked four rooms, each very nice and clean. Across the street is one spot for a perfect breakfast and another small one for coffee and sweets (the cookies are a dream). Public parking is about 5‑10 minutes on foot and free. Direct access to the property is limited because of the ZTL. Unfortunately the associated bar was closed, but there are plenty of alternatives.

Perfectly located, a very nice house, modern rooms (surprising given the house and garden look). A lovely, enchanted garden, very clean. No human contact at all, no breakfast available, only a hard chair for seating in the room.

I loved everything about the place – the location, the vibe, and the staff were all amazing. We left our iPad behind and got it back, which was awesome. I’d definitely come back anytime!

The rooms and clubhouse looked very stylish, but the bar was closed due to “ferie” this time around.
