“Coastal El Salvador relaxation!”

Gabrielle and Milagro made every step of the process smooth, from the initial contact to the final check‑out. Gabrielle sent me a detailed rundown of the property, the local area, and nearby restaurants, which was a huge help. The outdoor terrace and swimming pool were ideal for unwinding, and the views were stunning. The room, house, and entire property were spotlessly clean and well maintained. The private beach at Shalpa felt like a dream, though it isn’t great for surfing because of the currents; there are several good surf spots close by. The property is a bit remote, but that only added to the privacy, which was worth it. It’s roughly a 10–15 minute drive to El Zonte and about 25 minutes to El Tunco, so you can explore the area while still having a peaceful retreat. I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back. The only downside was that the location didn’t have many restaurants within walking distance at night.

“Peaceful getaway”

The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were roomy. The shower was spacious and excellent. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The views are gorgeous, and the management team is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring guests feel at ease. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway. Getting there for the first time can be confusing, but the staff will guide you through.

The home is built very well and pays attention to details for both short and long stays. It even has storage and hooks for organizing—uncommon but very handy for longer visits. The open‑air kitchen and filtered water are convenient. The pool and outdoor space are well designed and enjoyable. Communication with the owner and house staff was kind and responsive. We’d return. Beach access is a short drive or walk. It was beautiful and felt almost private, with only a few others around on the days we visited. We had to move some scented air fresheners that were commonly used, but we just placed them on the patio for our stay—no problem. The shower doesn’t provide warm water, but the bathroom and room were lovely. The road leading to the house in the gated community is very rustic and rocky, which is good to know.
