The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable, but the room faced the covered outdoor area and we heard people talking loudly until about 1.15am, and they told us that was fine because the pub had a licence until 2am. Accommodation and a late licence in my opinion don't mix.

The room was nice with very comfortable beds, the pub served good food that wasn't overpriced, and the staff went out of their way for us, even buying some English mustard. All was great.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. The room was cosy and the shower was hot. The room was super cosy - ok for sharing with a close friend or partner, if you need your space, book another room. It's worth it

The location was perfect for us, our party just a short walk away. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. A slightly later breakfast/checkout on a Saturday
