The apartment sits right in the middle of the old town, which is fantastic. There’s no front desk, but the check‑in instructions were straightforward. The flat was spacious, spotless, and cozy, so we’d definitely book it again.

The place is in the heart of the old town, right next to plenty of bars for tapas, which is great if you want to be in the middle of the action, but the streets are always busy, so it can be noisy. I was there for Bilbao’s festivals, so it was perfect to experience them up close. The room is simple; it’s fine for a night or two, but if you stay longer you’ll need more storage for clothes and the washbasin is a bit small. Overall it’s comfortable, has air‑conditioning, and the windows block the noise well. If you’re planning a longer stay, remember the storage is limited and the stairs to the floor are steep, though that’s expected in the old town.

Just the location. No staff, everything is handled online, and the bathroom is minimal with just a basin as a sink.
