“Simply fraud done by this Hotel and Fab Booking.”
There’s nothing positive to say about this hotel; it’s a complete fraud. The hotel didn’t provide accommodation on the date we booked and we waited at reception for over two hours. Later they told us they were not accepting any booking requests and that Fab Hotels was involved. I still don’t understand how it was confirmed to me.
“It was okay stay over there”
I liked the location, but we didn’t receive breakfast.

I chose this property because it was listed as a FabExpress, trusting the brand for a safe, family‑friendly stay, but the experience was deeply disappointing. Only one old uncle was friendly and helpful; everyone else was rude and unhelpful. Late at night, suspicious men and women came and went, making the place feel more like a misused lodging house than a proper hotel. It didn’t feel safe, especially for women or families, and I’m shocked that FabExpress would endorse such a location. I’ve lost trust in FabExpress and strongly advise against staying here if you’re a family, solo female traveler, or anyone seeking a clean and secure environment.

I booked FabExpress Sai Loading near Nashik Railway Station on 15th Aug 2025 and the hotel asked for a 20% advance. They later called me and cancelled the reservation without any valid reason. Even after many follow‑ups, executive Pawas Sharma still hasn’t refunded my money. This feels like a scam targeting tourists; please take strict action and ensure I get my refund.
