The lobby was pretty and spotless, but I had to book a new reservation because the front desk staff couldn’t locate my existing one. Instead of contacting the booking platform for help, she told me to call it myself; the wait was too long, so she created a new booking. I’m now getting a receipt for $402 and I’m worried it might be charged to my card. One of the beds wasn’t made correctly, but that was the least of my concerns.

The staff were welcoming and the desk lady was great and accommodating, with a friendly personality. Everyone was very helpful and the room was spotless, with no noisy neighbors or rooms. The bed was super comfortable.

The room was very clean and the temperature was perfect. We were never told about breakfast – that’s a problem! Check‑in was a mess; we arrived because our home had no electricity for 30 hours in 100‑degree heat, and the staff were not welcoming at all. At check‑out, the attendant never looked up from her phone while I handed her my key card.
