The only bright spot was the location, but the property itself smelled old, had only basic facilities, and the breakfast was subpar and overpriced, which was frustrating.
Overall, the stay was decent, but the food quality definitely needs improvement.
“Exceptional service”
Everything from the staff to the cleanliness and location was great, and there were no complaints.
“Satisfactory”
The room fit a family of four nicely, with a spacious and clean bathroom, and all the nearby amenities were handy; the value for money was solid, and everything else was fine.
“ideal place for family and business travellers”
Check‑in was smooth, the breakfast had a good variety and quality, the restaurant was exceptional, and the staff helped us after checkout, which we appreciated; the room and other amenities were nice, and reception responded promptly, making us completely satisfied.
