The place was well‑located and clean, but the front desk staff were not welcoming at all, seemed indifferent, and we felt like we were bothering them.

They gave us a room that wasn't right, those red bricks were depressing, there was no fan, it was very hot, and at night we couldn't sleep because all the light came in through the window.
