住客对酒店各方面的评价。
The view from the hotel is exceptional, and the lakeside walk at night is simply breathtaking; the staff were professional, courteous, and always helpful, which made the stay even better, yet the tap water in the bathroom was unpleasant, the building feels old and poorly maintained, and overall the property appears dated and would benefit from major renovation and better upkeep.

The amount shown online was 280 000 MMK, but my VISA was charged more than double—over 573 000 MMK. If the price had been quoted in dollars I could have verified it before buying, yet the payment confirmation was only for 280 000 MMK. This isn’t a joke; the method was terrible and I want to call it the worst. Please back up the transaction and refund me. It’s outrageous that a night advertised at 160 000 MMK for two nights ended up costing twice that, and I demand the responsible company take accountability.

The view and landscape were stunning, but the restaurant played two different music recordings at the same time, which was distracting.
