Everyone’s service was very good, the breakfast was hearty and varied, the bathroom was spacious, the shower was excellent, and the pool was delightful. They let us use the kitchen microwave and the water dispenser. The pool area and surrounding tables could have been a little cleaner; a strong wind the night before left dust and insects like bees and mosquitoes. In the room, the area under the beds could use some attention.

The air conditioning worked, yet the room was only average, the internet was awful, the food was stale from the previous day, and the snacks had no labels indicating sugar content. The TV had no signal, the shower had no water direction, the water pressure was weak, and you had to bend over to get wet. The price was high for what was offered.
