“Perfect for our needs. We will be back.”
We had prepaid through a third party that failed to deliver, but the desk clerk resolved the issue, was very knowledgeable, and guided us through the broken AI process.

Breakfast was adequate, but the elevator was annoyingly squeaky and loud.

The breakfast was decent, and the motel was acceptable, but rain leaked through the window from the top, termite-like flies swarmed at night, and my second room had a cracked window that was crudely patched.

The clean energy was appreciated, yet the pool was closed.

The spot was right near a bunch of eateries and shops, but the sheets were stained, the pillows were tiny and cheap, and the room had a smoky scent. The owner/manager came across as rude and unhelpful.
