I liked the breakfast and the view from the window, but the credit card was declined twice for unclear reasons, the staff didn’t reply to emails for several days, we didn’t know until the last minute whether the hotel would accept us, they claimed a restaurant was inside but we were turned away from dinner four times because of groups.

The room was spotless and cozy with a stunning sea view, the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was ideal, everything was well maintained, making the stay very pleasant.

We were greeted with a warm smile, the young lady at the desk was friendly and cheerful throughout, we managed to check in a bit early which was a nice perk, the rooms were clean and well kept, and we even got an upgrade that we really appreciated.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a nice variety and high quality, and the staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and always ready to help; overall service was superb and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay, and we found the value for money to be a perfect 10/10.
