The staff at the beverage counter were extremely rude and had a bad attitude; I demand a refund.

We didn't receive the hotel’s location until 1 pm, and we had to search for the proper address on our own; there was no contact number for assistance, and the guidance from both the staff and the property was very unprofessional.
