I can’t say enough about this hotel in Vietnam – it was the best we’ve ever stayed at! From the moment we were greeted, the rooms, service, and wow factor were unbeatable. They cleaned the room twice a day, swapped towels, and always paired it with special bedtime treats. We felt like royalty for a whole week! Even the endless care for the breakfast for all the kids – everything they wanted was ready on the next morning’s table. All thanks to Tracy, who never stopped treating us with special attention, and the whole staff did the same. You absolutely must check out this place! Nothing at all was lacking – even the two days of rain didn’t dampen our enjoyment of the pools, gym, or the always available bike service.

“Pleasant stay”

We stayed for three nights in Hoi An and loved the property. It’s a nicely sized resort with two restaurants and several pools. Our junior suite was spacious, well‑appointed, and had a balcony overlooking the infinity pool and countryside. Breakfast was excellent, mixing Western and local dishes, and the restaurants were good; we ate there several times, including during happy hours. The property was well kept and the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful—especially Hang from customer relations, who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable, ironing out issues and ensuring we had a great experience. We hope to return for a longer stay. The only odd thing was a bathtub outside the bathroom, in the hall of our room. The location is about a 15‑20 minute walk from town, and more frequent shuttle services would be nice; currently they run only three or four times with large gaps in between.

“Very impressive, loved it!”

The pools, the breakfast, the styling and staff. Nothing really. Only complaint was there could be more space around the bathroom sink for toiletries
