The spot is great, the building inside is absolutely stunning, and the rooms are gorgeous. The only downside was that everything was so lovely it felt a bit too much.

The staff were wonderful, and the hotel felt luxurious and welcoming; breakfast was fantastic and each day offered a variety of food, plus the bed was comfortable. On the downside, afternoon tea required a fee at the lobby bar, while the in‑room coffee machine was free but only coffee was supplied.
