“Établissement à fuir et Booking est co responsable”
The kindness of the person (who is not the owner) was noted. However, the place was dirty, and the equipment in the room—though it was the most expensive offered—did not work. There was no light or air conditioning, no TV, and no bath necessities such as soap or shampoo. The price was prohibitive compared to other nearby establishments, but because I had booked a non‑refundable, non‑modifiable reservation I only discovered this once on arrival. Even after sending a message to the owner requesting at least a partial refund, I received no response. This is simply unworthy of an establishment and scandalous; I don’t understand how a platform can promote such a listing.
