“Great for value”
The spot is amazing—close to everywhere, great value for the price, and the host is very nice and helpful.

A lady who was cleaning was really friendly, helpful, and did a quick, efficient corridor tidy‑up, but the shared bathroom is a drawback, and the kitchen needs attention—new utensils or small upgrades would be a bonus.

The cleaning and organization were excellent, yet there’s no bathroom on the first floor near room 1.

Everything was a problem.

I liked the location and the friendliness of the owner, but the cleaning could have been better and even simple things like bedside lamps were missing.
