Everything about this hotel blew me away. It’s just a short walk from the station, the view matched the pictures, the pool was fantastic, and the staff were always helpful and friendly, greeting every request with a smile. I’ll definitely return to the arca on my next visit. The only downside was that I’m not a fan of dogs in the breakfast area.

The hotel was very nice! The front desk staff were extremely friendly, and they always helped with the elevator. My room was spacious, tidy, and clean. A large shopping mall with restaurants and a metro station is within walking distance, so I was right in the center. Ocean Park Hong Kong was only one metro stop away. The rooftop pool is also fantastic, especially at night when the view is gorgeous. The staff there were friendly and ordering drinks was easy. The only issue was that the pool’s opening hours were quite short, and the restaurant and bar closed early, which was disappointing if you want a drink after a day out. I also missed having washers to do a quick load myself.

The room was spacious and very tidy. The lobby for check‑in was bright and roomy, the facilities were complete, and room service was prompt with a good attitude.

The staff were great and the building was clean, but there was no place to wash clothes.
