When we ran out of toilet paper, I called housekeeping to get one roll. No one answered the call. The call was apparently forwarded to the front desk, and the front desk lady told me to GET THE TOILET PAPER OVER THERE AT FRONT MYSELF. What in the world kind of SERVICE WAS THAT? Terrible.
