Location and cleanliness

The room felt cozy yet comfortable, the central AC worked well, and we received complimentary breakfast and Namkeen; the staff were friendly and welcoming, but the bed was too small for a double, and the towels and pillow covers were worn and should be replaced.

The staff’s attitude was excellent and services were easy to obtain, yet the breakfast coupon was inflexible.

Room service was very good, and there was nothing to complain about.

The location and greenery were nice, but breakfast had no options and the food was only average.
