It was okay, nothing spectacular. The location left something to be desired.

The spot is spot on for getting to Tabata Station, so hopping onto the Yamanote line is a breeze. I was glad to find convenience stores nearby and the area was quiet. The facilities were solid, especially the spa session.

Very central and well‑located. From 5 am it gets noisy with the windows open, because it’s right next to the train line.

I managed to book a stay. Before the bath hours ended, the front desk let the next guest in, so you really need to wait in front of the entrance.
