The building felt a bit old and could use some updates; the bathroom sink drained slowly and there were stains in the shower. The door lock was broken and the walls were so thin that other guests could hear us clearly.

The staff were friendly and the parking was convenient, and the room was roomy with a comfortable bed. However, the cleanliness fell short of my expectations: the wooden headboard and nightstands were dust‑covered and I had to wipe them down myself, the carpet looked never vacuumed, the shower drain was clogged and left us standing in dirty water each time, and there were dirt and stains on the bathroom floor that I also cleaned before using it. The price and location were good, but the room clearly suffered from a rushed or incomplete cleaning.

The location was ideal for Truist Park ballgames, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Secure parking on site was a real bonus! A small safe in the room would have been nice.
