The location was great and the staff were really friendly. I didn't take breakfast, but I did notice a few issues - the water heater took a while to warm up and the air conditioning was noisy. Also, the toothbrush provided was a dud and there was only one of them.

The room was a letdown for the price - it felt too small, and the bathroom tiles were broken. To make matters worse, the breakfast food was cold, not even lukewarm. Overall, I think the price was way too high for what you get.

My room and bathroom were clean, which was nice. There weren't any major complaints, but nothing particularly stood out either.

We had a decent location, close to family, which was a plus, and the bed firmness was just right for our backs. However, our room was infested with cockroaches and other bugs, the food tasted off, and the coffee was weak. The amenities were pretty basic, with only one toothbrush provided, and the air conditioning was noisy and didn't cool well. Overall, it seemed like the hotel had a lot of maintenance issues and wasn't investing in upgrades, making the price we paid way too high.
