The owner was very helpful and the facilities are excellent; everything is there, including two high‑tech Japanese toilets and a very modern bathroom. If a convenience store or supermarket were closer, that would be perfect.

The room was clean and spacious, and I used it during a trip to Suwa; it was convenient and comfortable.

It’s cheap, but privacy is an issue.

The owner is kind and explanations are clear. The rates are low, so it’s just right for a student trip. The only downside is the lack of nearby restaurants; it might be better to have dinner near Matsumoto Station before checking in.
