The location was good and the restaurant staff were friendly. We had a 20 % discount on the spa, booked through reception, but at checkout they didn’t apply it; we had to point out the discount even though it was clearly mentioned everywhere on our booking.

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean, and housekeeping—especially Supun—did a terrific job, making us feel cared for. The pool was relaxing after exploring Kandy, and the goody bag they gave us upon departure was a nice gesture. Nothing to complain about.

The views from the 4th‑floor room are spectacular. It’s close to a short cab or tuk‑tuk ride to Kandy, and housekeeping is inexpensive but very good—thanks to Supun and Eranda.
