“location / great value / very good host/ I will sure to come back again”

The place is in a great spot, the host is helpful, the space is large with a kitchen, and nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and markets are all quiet. The price is very good for the city center.

“A good host, a good location, quiet and a good value for Florence!”

A good view. Well insulated from street noise. Being on the top floor means that there is no noise from people above, and I never heard any from the people below. The host spoke good English and was very quick in answering messages on What's App. She also let me have an extra late checkout to store my luggage while exploring. That is dependent on the check-in time of the next guest, so it may not always be possible. She gave good recommendations on places to eat and sites to visit. There is also a laundry machine and kitchen in the apartment. The location is close to the Gallery, the archaeological museum, the Duomo and the train station. Good value for Firenze!. There were a lot of stairs and there was no elevator. It says it is on the third floor (European counting, 4th floor in American numbering), but because of the height of the stairs and an extra landing, it is more like floor 3.5. The bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities are shared. I did not experience noise from the other guests but I was in the room farthest from the kitchen and from the bathroom, and the people that I shared the place with were fairly quiet

The host was friendly and offered to show us all the sights and greeted us at the property, but the beds are cheap and uncomfortable. The shower needed cleaning, and overall the place needs renovation. Water pressure and hot water were terrible, and the biggest problem was that three rooms shared one bathroom without a separate toilet—sometimes we had to wait 45 minutes just to use it.

I was impressed by the location and the hostess’s friendliness, and the place was clean. However, we couldn’t drop off our luggage when we arrived in the city; the hostess only managed to store it at 13 hrs, which delayed our check‑in. Over the two nights, mosquitoes made sleeping impossible.
