Nice hotel, good value, but poor staff training really hurts the experience. One family made a lot of noise and the staff didn’t intervene. Children chased and screamed between floors well into the night, and the staff did nothing. It ruined an otherwise fine stay.

The location is easy to find, the rooms are clean and fully equipped, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Every time we go up or down, someone greets us and even presses the elevator button for us. Very charming.

The staff are friendly, breakfast is tasty, and the rooms are clean. We booked for an overnight stay, but at 0 h the surrounding rooms set up tables and chairs, creating noise that disturbed our sleep.
