The price‑to‑value ratio was good, but the staff came off a bit unfriendly.

The distances were very long, we booked a double bed but received a single, the hotel looked old‑fashioned, the hair dryer was slow, and the indoor pool was too cold.

The area was very nice, beautiful and close to nature with lovely walking trails, quiet and comfortable, a cozy room, and we could have tea and apples all day round. However, for a health resort the breakfast did not meet our expectations; there should have been more healthy options like chia pudding, and the staff had already finished the best coffee machine long before closing. They could have replenished breakfast better. The staff smoked several times a day right next to our room/balcony, so the smoke smell was not fresh in the room. The beds were extremely hard, so we will not stay here again.

There wasn’t much to say positively, and our reservation wasn’t honored, so we had to take a top‑floor room.
