I was only given a reception because the room’s bathroom was horrible, the bed was too narrow for a couple, and a beggar was shouting right under the window. I was told there would be breakfast, but when I got there was nothing.
The place was quiet, so I could rest facing the street. I really missed breakfast.

The hotel sits right in the Brás area, so shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away. The staff were really helpful and the room was clean enough for the price. The street in front of the building is a hangout for locals, which brings a lot of noise at night and makes the place feel a bit unsafe.
The location was good, close to the center, and all the receptionists were very attentive and helpful. The elevator made it easy to carry bags and purchases up to the room. The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable, barely enough space to fit in the shower cubicle. The window was faulty and didn’t close properly; on the day we arrived it rained and blew hard, so the window opened and soaked us. Bring a blanket because it gets cold there and the one provided doesn’t warm up.
