“Good”
the view from our room was great
No power most of the time, and the room‑service food was really bad.
“Very uncomfortable stay and unpleasant experience. Very high charges for the price. Not recommended.”
The manager responded promptly, especially from booking to check‑in, and the staff were courteous but lacked training and a professional approach. The mattress was uncomfortable, chairs were broken, the floor was dirty and sticky, there was no hot water connection in the washbasin, no light over the washbasin, plastic glasses, and no container or holder for toothbrush, toothpaste, or shaving razor in the bathroom; there was also no separate exhaust‑fan connection in the bathroom. All of these issues were brought to the manager’s and owner’s attention. We stayed only one night and asked for a refund of the remaining balance (less the charges of ), but the owner refused to give a refund.
Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.
The location was great, the sunrise view was nice, and it was far from Ooty’s crowded town.
