The staff were fantastic, the place was very clean and helpful, and I’ll definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and the location was good, but the air conditioner was loud and the person above me was also very noisy.

They offered a shuttle to the UK hospital, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast had a good variety, but it was a bit expensive for me—probably because it’s move‑in day for the students at UK.

The bed was comfortable, the gym and pool were great, and breakfast was included; the location was convenient for the university visit, but the guest laundry facilities were out of order so we had to take our clothes to a launderette to dry.
