The hotel’s location is good, and the apartment was large. On the downside everything is old and broken, from uncoated pans to loose slats, and everything smelled like an old cellar. Not again!

“Très décevant car personnel peu soucieux de la satisfaction de ses clients”

I didn’t like how the reception staff were short‑skirted and ignored my confirmed apartment reservation, sending me to a “hotel” room with less comfort, less space, less equipment, and at a higher rate than my original booking. It’s unacceptable! Also, it’s a club hotel, so there’s a lot of noise in the evenings because of the entertainment. I don’t recommend it at all if you’re looking for wellbeing, calm, and silence. The reception staff are inflexible and don’t try to satisfy the customer, something I’ve never seen in any other hotel.

“Braucht eine Renovation!”

The location and pool were positives, but the apartment was very old, cramped, and lacked space. There was no light in the kitchen, the bed was hard, and the bathroom had a bad odor.

“Non vero relax”

The location was good, but the apartment was bare and poorly maintained: only one pan, one pot, and one wooden spoon in the kitchen; an extra pot would have been broken, and there was no dishcloth. The shower in the bathroom leaked heavily, the sink was clogged, and the front door wouldn’t close properly, only the blinds could be shut and even those didn’t seal well. The sheets were worn, torn, and holey. The room was very noisy; we could hear everything happening in the neighboring apartments at any hour, as if the noise was right next to us.
