The room is in a great spot. Breakfast at the bar was normal, and they paid attention to my gluten‑free companion’s request. The staff was completely absent during our stay, despite several important needs we had. Although the website says 24/7 assistance, that’s not true. The room is noisy because it lacks double glazing, so you hear everything from the street, even people’s footsteps. The bathroom has an open upper wall, so it offers no privacy at all.
