The property is newly built with fresh furnishings. It’s just a few steps from the sea and a short walk to the centre or the Milazzo promenade. I was lucky to find free parking just a few steps from the building. The owner was very kind and helpful, making me feel right at home. The air‑conditioner is a bit noisy, but overall it’s a minor issue.

The owner was immediately friendly and welcoming, and the location is great for both the city center and the Tono bay. The room, though small, was clean and well furnished. The downside was the lack of any soundproofing, so hallway and street noises were audible, especially since it’s on the ground floor, and the mattress felt uncomfortable.
