“Beautiful property just not idea for me or meet my requirements needs some upgrades”
I checked out without staying; upon arrival I noticed this property is not recommended for everyone because it requires a lot of steep climbing up the hill, not suitable for bad knees, elders or handicap; police were in the lobby to de‑escalate an unhappy guest; the internet and phones were down, requiring frequent walks to the lobby, not ideal for anyone working remotely; I had to carry my luggage down three flight steps and a long hill because the phones to call reception didn’t work; after 30 minutes in the room I wasn’t eaten alive by mosquitoes, so I had to book another hotel after a very long flight and late at night.
