Cheap compared to nearby properties. Very central location. Dirty room. Sketchy cables hanging from sockets. Bad balcony with no light. Small shower cabin and dirty. Dirty small fridge. The room has vibe but is poorly maintained, but cheap for last‑minute booking. It's better than sleeping on the street. Problem with the rubbish, as in all Olbia. It's closer to Afrika or Asia than European standards.

The location was great, but the mold smell was unbearable and I had to bring it up myself; the staff never called back as promised, and I was told the odor came from outside. Also, the invoice and receipt were only issued within 15 days—if you need them immediately for work, you have to call and almost pray to get them.

Poca igiene.non c'è un parcheggio disponibile poi abbiamo riscontrato un problema con il condizionatore il cui ci ha fatto perdere quasi 3/4 ore del nostro soggiorno aspettando a che il propietario risolva.poi il giorno successivo nel lavandino usciva l'acqua tutta marrone abbiamo fatto il video è l'abbiamo mandato a wonderful Italy la cui non si è mai pronunciata sul , la porta della doccia era pericololante .e poca cura della struttura

The location in the city centre was fine and the room was reasonably well equipped. There was a beach umbrella in the room that could be used. The parking for cars was problematic, and in the bathroom I found a shelf for shampoo and towel hangers. Cleaning could have been better; there were quite a few dust mites in the room.
