The room lacked a toilet paper holder and the toilet tank button was missing, but the receptionist was very kind and provided what we needed.

The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast offered a good variety, but the pillows felt quite old and the shower cabins need more frequent checks because water pools in the tray and drains very slowly.

The room was fine and clean, though a bit worn, and I noticed renovation work already underway on the ground floor; the exterior of the hotel isn’t attractive, but the interior looks well‑kept and generally tidy, the receptionists were very friendly, and the breakfast was adequate with a sufficient selection.
