The staff were friendly, the food was excellent and varied, and the wellness and spa program was great.

The food was outstanding, all the waiters and chefs in the restaurant were very friendly and attentive, and the hotel is located right on the beach. The reception staff were not quite as friendly and professional.

The all‑inclusive food was amazing, the private beach was very close, the outdoor area was stunning with a beautiful view and a swimming pool, and the staff were very friendly. However, the rooms felt cramped and not clean, the beds were old and uncomfortable, so I would rate the outdoor area 10 out of 10 but only 6 for room cleanliness and comfort, though the balcony with sea view was amazing.
