The location is super central to Verona’s arena, but when I booked the quadruple room I paid at arrival and then found out for the two nights they wanted double the difference… the wardrobe door was broken and the coffee machine didn’t work.
The area is truly central and convenient for moving around. The host was fantastic, very kind, and let us check in early to drop off our luggage. The shower intercom was broken and dripped everywhere during use, there was no hot water at 1 a.m., some spots were not clean, the duvet had a bad odor and was unusable, and there was little care in storing extra pillows and blankets.
A 2 passi dall Arena,camera accogliente e pulita
“Not recommended”
The place was dirty, and the staff were rude. The only redeeming factor was the location. I wouldn’t recommend it. There was a hole in the window glass that wouldn’t close, stains on the towels and sheets, and hair and other debris on the bathroom surfaces.
“Locatie prima, kamer ongezellig en geen warm water”
The location was nice. The hot water didn’t work, and I had trouble contacting the host.
