The hotel's location is one of its best features - it's right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around.
The staff were really helpful and tried to solve any problems that came up, but the cleanliness was a bit of an issue - the bed sheets were stained.
The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, which made my stay quite enjoyable. However, I did encounter a bit of a problem with the TV in my room - it just wouldn't turn on, no matter how many times I tried changing the remote or replacing the batteries.

The Wi‑Fi was not working all days.
The place was filthy, with old furniture that looked like an old bungalow.
The staff were unkind and the Wi‑Fi was very weak.
The location is strategic, but the level of cleanliness is very poor.
“Unfortunately, the room was not as described, was poorly maintained, and I did not feel comfortable staying.”
The location was fine, but I was really let down by my stay. The room I got was not the one I booked or the photos showed. The moment I walked in, a strong cigarette smell filled the room even though it was supposed to be non‑smoking. No toilet roll was in the room when I arrived. The cleanliness was bad, with stains on the sheets and chair, and the room looked worn and poorly maintained. I didn’t feel comfortable staying there and had to book another hotel. I told reception about the issue and asked if they could waive the cancellation fee because the room was not as expected, but they said no and reminded me that their 48‑hour cancellation policy still applied. It was a very disappointing experience and I won’t stay here again.
