Sofia Colombo City Hotel

The staff were always cheerful and ready to help, and the check‑in timing was acceptable. The buffet breakfast offered good value, and even though the hotel sits in a busy spot, the rooms stay quiet with no street noise. The beds are comfortable, so I’m keen to return. On the downside, the parking area is cramped and the ground staff constantly had to accommodate it; one manager even snapped at our driver while he waited to pick us up.

The staff, whether on the floors, at reception, or in the restaurant, are very friendly. The building is spotless, cozy, and well‑located. We visited twice, and on the second stay the room’s air‑conditioning was too cold; even after the technician’s intervention the problem persisted, yet the staff acted proactively.

The staff, from the floor services to reception to the restaurant, were extremely kind. The rooms are welcoming, though not very spacious. The property stays clean and comfortable. We’ve stayed here twice, and on the second visit the air‑conditioning was too cold; despite the hotel technician’s efforts, the issue wasn’t fixed, but the staff remained helpful.
