The staff were polite, but the room was dirty with hair on the floor and on the sheets that weren’t clean enough; I asked for a change the next day and it never happened. The room only had one outlet near the TV, which was positioned poorly for lying down. The shower didn’t heat up, and it was cold in Bogotá in October. There was no mirror in the bathroom, only one in the room. I would not stay here again.
