The onsen in the room was great, and the whole building felt clean. The food was tasty. I booked the family bath, but the water was too hot and I could only soak for about 15 minutes in the one‑hour slot.

The private onsen was quiet and zen. Denny was extremely friendly and the services were commendable. The toilet and bedroom are separated by a sliding door, which feels a little insecure when you need to pee at night.

The staff’s response was wonderful! My boyfriend is left‑handed, and without telling them, the chopsticks were prepared for left‑handed use at breakfast, which surprised me. That little consideration made the day feel full. Thank you!
