“They are corporate resort and should communicate better”

I loved how close the resort was to the beach and to other open establishments, and the staff were super friendly, but the resort’s poor communication left us unaware that they could no longer accommodate us, there were no food options, the pool wasn’t ready when we arrived, and our AC didn’t work.

“Schönes Hotel in guter Strandlage und einem klasse Pool”

The hotel is very beautiful with attention to detail, a lovely lobby, a gorgeous garden with a pond, and it sits right on a small seaside promenade; several good restaurants with sea views are nearby, the pool restaurant and a-la-carte breakfast were tasty and high quality, the pool is huge and beautiful, we really liked it, there are several jacuzzis and swimming is allowed late, it was really great :-) We also appreciated that there are at least three laundry rooms with washers and dryers, and the service is very good. The neighboring hotel’s guests can also use the pool, so there are too few loungers and it’s often quite crowded; the free beach loungers are broken and not enough for the many guests of both hotels during the day; the room furnishings are modern and nice but not very high quality, and the hotel is more like a good 4‑star property.

“The only problem we had on the last night, a very large cockroach was in our room.”

We dined at the restaurant for supper, the food was excellent, and the waitress was great.
