The landlord replied quickly to messages and got my money refunded because of overbooking. The apartment was sublet in a building that doesn’t allow subletting, and the landlord had also overbooked so when I tried to check in I was told it wasn’t possible because it was full.

Breakfast was great. The bathroom and bed were clean. The room was for two people but only had one small stool, which is a big shortcoming, and the photos were misleading.

The pool, equipment, and sauna were good. The owner made me pay 100 baths a day for water and electricity plus 1800 baths (48 euros total) for things that weren’t included in the booking, so I’m asking for a refund.

“Could not sleep on a blood stained bed.”

I had to leave the hotel at 10pm because of a severe issue that forced me to find another place. Blood was everywhere on the sheets and had soaked through to the mattress; the staff tried to hide it by slapping another sheet over the stained one. The odor made it obvious, and the photos I posted show the mess. I asked for a refund of 2000 baht, expecting the staff to be upset and apologize, but they were completely dismissive. I still haven’t received the refund. The host offered a different room, but the bed there was also stained on the top sheet, middle sheet, and mattress, so I couldn’t stay. If you plan to stay, pull back the sheets to check what you’re sleeping on.
