The team was friendly and attentive to guests. The location is close to the train station and bus stops, and the neighbourhood is quiet with nearby food options (grocery store, bar, restaurants) about a three‑minute walk away. The location is excellent. The place was clean and quiet for sleeping. The bed and bathroom were excellent. They allowed us to keep our luggage an hour past check‑in time.

The bus, tram and Polyclinico metro are all close, so getting from Termini station is a breeze. The B&B is clean, cozy and the breakfast is solid. On top of that, staying here helps women and children in need. Nothing to complain about!

Very clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and the courtyard is nice. Communication was on time and flawless. The only downside was the lack of an elevator to the first floor and the air‑conditioner made a lot of noise.
