The location is great, the breakfast tasty, the staff welcoming, and the room cozy. Cleaning happens late in the rooms; when you arrive for lunch it’s still dirty, and dirty plates from breakfast are left on the table.

The place was in a convenient spot and the ratings gave us confidence when booking. The breakfast was plentiful. However, the apartment was very small—more like a room with a tiny kitchen, not enough space for two people with luggage. The hotel was poorly maintained and worn; walls were dirty, kitchen utensils were only for one person, and tea cups were dirty. When we complained, the staff did nothing.

The room was large and comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and the staff were friendly. The location was convenient—walking distance to the LRT metro—and the quiet inner courtyard of the residential complex added to the comfortable stay. The only inconvenience was related to the residential complex format: parking. You’ll have to walk from the road to the hotel.

I liked the location, but the breakfasts were underwhelming and the mattress felt uncomfortable.

Everything was great, except for the parking.
