The place is in a great location, the room is very clean and roomy, and it’s quiet. There are plenty of food spots and shops nearby. Matt and the other staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The remote didn’t work at first, but the young man at the front desk (I didn’t catch his name) fixed it right away. Note that there’s a small round sensor behind the TV; moving it toward the side of the TV makes the remote work perfectly. Only having one elevator was a bit annoying; a property that size should have more. Otherwise, I have no complaints, though the bed could have been a touch more supportive. It was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. One of the nightstand lamps had a broken ring connecting the bulb, so it was loose and swung when moved—a simple fix.

I was very disappointed with the breakfast; we always book with breakfast included, and this one didn’t meet our usual standards. The view from the room was a construction/storage area, and the breakfast itself was awful.
