“Not worth the money. Mattress very uncomfortable.”

The staff were friendly, the room had no rugs, and both the bathroom and room offered plenty of space, but the room was missing basic items like a hair dryer, hand soap, and tissues, and there was no coffee maker in the room; the lobby coffee maker was slow and had a long line, the beds were very uncomfortable with loud springs that woke the neighbor, the mattress was too low, and the top of the mattress reached my knees.

“Everything was fine, no legitimate complaints.”

The full kitchen and fridge were great, though we didn’t use them, and it was cute and handy for our needs, yet I was surprised the rooms had no tissues, only shampoo and bar soap but no conditioner, and the bed wasn’t fixed and would move easily.

“We literally checked in, went to the room, was in the room for about 10 minutes. The smell was awful. Walked right back”

The smell in the hallway and in the room was unpleasant, and the staff seemed uninterested in being bothered.

The location and the space were great. The floor was filthy and there are absolutely no amenities in the kitchen, which seems silly.

The check‑in guy almost wouldn’t let us in because my children didn’t have picture IDs—lol. It was funny at first until I realized he was serious. Why would my children have picture IDs?
